Support and Funding for The Media Center

E-mail to a friend Print this article

The Media Center receives financial support from foundations, companies and individuals, and from fees paid by participants in its activities.

If you think The Media Center is doing good work and want to help us continue what we're doing, how about a donation? Don't forget, we ARE a non-profit - but we need funding to keep going. We're a think and action tank, affiliated with the American Press Institute but entirely independent in our funding and driven by a unique mission to build a better-informed society. We connect experts and companies around the world and through these connections identify practical opportunities to apply communications and media technologies to benefit all segments of society.

We can't and don't try to do it alone. We seek and connect ideas with people, and people with actions. We need financial support to continue. The fees we collect for our activities cover a fraction of the expenses. Sponsorship of meals, travel, research and general operating support help us produce unique events and projects.

For a longer term, on-going affiliation with The Media Center, we hope your organization can join The Media Center Network, a consortium of companies and organizations committed to creating a better-informed society.

Sponsors help The Media Center organize and conduct programs like the We Media Global Forum, as well as other activities and research directed at creating a better-informed society.
